Sophie Speck stands for captivating pop music with traces of 90’s r&b and jazz. Music written from and for the heart, carefully balancing between tender fragility and raw power. 
 2020 was the year in which she started working on her upcoming EP together with musicians Jonas Everaert (Umm) and Hanne Vandekerckhove (Aarde Aan Daan, Umm). For every song on the EP they invited a different drummer to create a unique perspective on each story being told. This resulted in an eclectic mix of musical miniatures and textures, in which Sophie’s hauntingly unique voice functions as an anchor throughout each song, safely guiding the listener through her inner world. Nobody is left untouched.
